Platform
How do I get an API key?
Go to Platform, > API Keys to generate or copy your key.
How can I see my usage and costs?
Visit Platform > Usage to view your request count, spend, and task breakdowns.
Billing & Payments
How is pricing calculated?
For Reka Chat, you are charged based on the number of tokens used, with different costs for prompt and completion tokens, plus additional costs for images, video, and audio.

Do I need to pre-pay?
Yes. Add credits to your account before making requests. If your balance hits $0, you’ll see P001: Insufficient Balance.
Can I get a volume discount?
Yes, for larger or committed use. Reach out to us at contact@reka.ai.
Security & Compliance
Is Reka AI SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. We’re SOC 2 Type I certified (as of June 2025). Email contact@reka.ai if you’d like a copy of the report.
